How we handle the "Buy with Assurance" guarantee:
We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with your order, please call our Customer Service Team at 01494 372 800 within 10 days of the delivery date. Orders with print errors will receive either a full or partial reprint. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the order(s), excluding processing costs, postage and shipping.
This is what we can't control:
We take every measure to troubleshoot orders, however there are some circumstances that are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded images.
- Design errors made by the customer in the print creation process.
- Damage to the materials after delivery to the client.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product choice, order quantities or choice of materials.
